We are looking for a customer service and sales representative who works via chat to communicate with our customers and potential customers through our multiple and diverse channels. This is a fully remote job with a one-year contract, available to candidates anywhere within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All our work is done in writing. Your responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and assisting with sales via chat on all our customer channels.
• Handling chats from potential customers who contact us through social media platforms.
• Responding to messages across multiple platforms, including our internal application through a web portal we provide, the unified WhatsApp portal, and our social media channels.
• Working under the supervision of a direct manager available to answer your questions and inquiries seven days a week, by forwarding any inquiry to the appropriate colleague, team, or person based on the type of request or product.
• Receiving setup and training to answer as many of our frequent questions as possible.

Full online training is provided on how to use our platforms and tools, and all employees undergo a 30-day training period.

Working hours are 40 hours per week, up to 6 days a week, not exceeding 8 hours per day. Shifts are flexible from week to week and may be on a rotational basis, and the schedule is provided before the start of each week. We always strive to accommodate employee needs to ensure they have suitable hours. Our general working hours are from 9 AM to 11 PM (except for Friday, when work is from 1 PM to 9 PM), seven days a week, and you may be asked to work within your 40 hours at any time during this period.

Qualifications
• This position is exclusively for Saudi citizens.
• Excellent written communication skills in Arabic: clear, friendly, and professional. This is the most important requirement for this job.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or chat support is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously across different platforms.
• Responsive, organized, and able to work independently in a fully remote work environment.
• Proficiency in writing in English is a plus, but not a requirement.
