About the Role

Amazon is seeking a DA & DSP Experience Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on fostering strong, long-term partnerships with our last-mile delivery partners. The specialist will work to build connections, implement efficient delivery processes, and resolve operational issues, ensuring a successful collaboration for all stakeholders. This position requires 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.

Team Overview

The Amazon Logistics (AMZL) team is responsible for managing 'last mile' delivery operations in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We leverage creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure millions of products reach our customers efficiently. Our primary objective is to optimize the customer delivery experience and develop global delivery solutions for new concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze insights from various listening channels to identify experience priorities for Delivery Associates (DA) and Delivery Service Partners (DSP).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, ACES, and DEX teams to address structural challenges within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Act as the primary advocate and voice for DA and DSP partners within Amazon SA.
• Support partners in establishing and optimizing processes for efficient delivery operations.
• Address and resolve issues experienced by delivery partners to maintain effective and lasting partnerships.
• Consolidate partner feedback and work with internal teams to identify and implement key improvement opportunities.
• Conduct regular roundtables with partners to monitor sentiment and gather continuous feedback.

Daily Work Environment

This role is based at one of our operational sites, providing direct visibility into every stage of the delivery process. Being on-site allows for close interaction with logistics partners, enabling effective guidance and support. The specialist will manage all elements of partner listening channels and consolidate key priorities for leadership review and action.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
