About the Role

Sulava MEA is seeking a Deployment Engineer & Architect to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on the design, development, and deployment of AI agent solutions for our clients, utilizing Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services. The role requires a blend of hands-on engineering and architectural leadership to build scalable, secure, and impactful AI solutions within our Agent Factory (FFL) model.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end AI agent architectures across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Build and deploy agents using Copilot Studio, integrating with enterprise systems.
• Develop custom plugins, connectors, and workflows to enhance agent functionality.
• Lead technical design for Agent Factory (FFL) delivery and scaling strategies.
• Collaborate with customer teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Implement RAG pipelines, integrations, and data orchestration for AI agent intelligence.
• Configure and optimize Azure AI environments, landing zones, and deployment pipelines.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance are integrated into all solutions.
• Partner with AI Transformation Advisors to achieve comprehensive customer impact.
• Support the testing, optimization, and continuous improvement of deployed agent solutions.

Core Engineering and Architecture Skills

• Solid software engineering background, with experience in .NET, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven experience in designing scalable, cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to lead technical design and architectural decision-making processes.

AI and Agent Development Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and AI agent development.
• Experience building AI solutions using Azure AI or Azure AI Foundry.
• Understanding of multi-agent patterns, orchestration, and automation principles.
• Experience integrating APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems.

Data, Integration, and Security

• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Search, data pipelines, and indexing strategies.
• Experience integrating with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, and other enterprise data sources.
• Understanding of enterprise security, identity management (Entra ID), and data protection.
• Experience implementing AI governance, compliance, and data security controls.

Candidate Profile

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to transition seamlessly between architectural design and hands-on implementation. You will be adept at building production-ready, secure, and scalable solutions, understanding both technical design and tangible business impact. Comfort in fast-evolving AI environments and a proactive approach to driving technical outcomes end-to-end are essential. Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse), Copilot extensibility, CI/CD pipelines for AI, and knowledge of KSA regulatory and data residency requirements are considered advantageous. Arabic language skills are also a plus.
