Job Description
About the Role
T&S is seeking a Director Shared Services to oversee integrated procurement, ICT vendor management, and facilities functions. This role is critical for driving cost efficiencies, leading digital transformation, and fostering operational excellence. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement operations, including sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.
- Develop and implement regional procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across direct and indirect procurement.
- Ensure adherence to ZATCA regulations, customs requirements, and internal control policies.
- Oversee the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle to maintain high standards.
- Manage the full supplier lifecycle, from onboarding to performance evaluation and sustainability programs.
- Lead all ICT procurement activities, including hardware, software, licenses, and managed services.
- Manage ICT vendor contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and renewal processes.
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company goals.
- Plan and oversee the implementation of technology solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Lead and manage the ICT team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee ICT asset management, including tracking and planned asset deprecation.
- Manage the design, installation, and maintenance of all IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Administer and maintain the ICT budget to meet financial and departmental objectives.
- Monitor and optimize IT service management processes, such as incident, problem, and change management.
- Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect organizational assets.
- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance and space planning.
- Manage facility-related vendor contracts and conduct performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs for operational continuity.
- Plan and manage office relocations, renovations, and workspace optimization.
- Control the facilities budget and drive cost-efficiency in utility and service consumption.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.
- An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a strong asset.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in procurement, IT vendor management, and facilities management.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ZATCA regulations and customs compliance procedures.
- Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms.
- Substantial experience in managing IT procurement processes and technology vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable cost savings and implement process improvements.
- Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.
