About the Role

Moonlight is seeking an experienced Event Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with a proven track record in sales and business development within the events and exhibitions sector. The role is focused on driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies specifically for the events and exhibitions industry.
  • Identify new target markets and actively pursue opportunities to attract new clients.
  • Lead, train, and develop the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Analyze sales data to inform decision-making and refine sales approaches.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms.
  • Oversee the collections process to ensure timely payments from clients.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports detailing performance, opportunities, and challenges.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales and business development, with a significant focus on the events and exhibitions sector. A strong understanding of sales methodologies and client relationship management is essential. The ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans is required.
