About the Role

Kayan Recruitment LLC is seeking a Finance Manager to join a reputable clinic located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with comprehensive knowledge and practical expertise in Saudi financial regulations, taxation, and compliance frameworks, including those governed by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority and the Ministry of Commerce.

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the clinic, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management. This position is central to maintaining robust financial health and supporting informed decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with IFRS standards as adopted in Saudi Arabia.
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and cost control initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Zakat and VAT regulations.
Manage audits and statutory filings efficiently.
Maintain proper financial records aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
Establish and implement internal financial policies.
Enforce governance and internal controls across financial processes.
Support strategic decision-making through comprehensive financial analysis.
Ensure financial operations and reporting align with corporate objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in finance management.
Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge and practical expertise in Saudi financial regulations, taxation, and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority and the Ministry of Commerce.
