We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead our finance team on an onsite project in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in financial services and experience managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets to support business growth.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments to ensure financial stability.
  • Lead and supervise finance teams, providing guidance and training.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis.
  • Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms or Big 4 is a plus (McKinsey, BCG, OW, Bain, Alvarez & Marsal, Arthur).
