Job Description
About Leshines and the Role
Leshines is seeking a Finished Goods Warehouse Operation Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving outbound fulfillment excellence, specifically for finished products, across our operational networks. The specialist will manage daily outbound fulfillment and order-picking operations, ensuring finished products are accurately prepared and dispatched within strict delivery windows.
Role Overview
As a Finished Goods Warehouse Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for the precise handling and dispatch of finished products to retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and end customers. This position requires close collaboration with sales, logistics providers, and customer service teams to align outbound priorities with commercial commitments. The role demands hands-on leadership in a fast-moving, order-driven environment, with a strong emphasis on maintaining inventory accuracy, team productivity, and full EHS compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize daily inbound receiving and outbound order fulfillment workflows based on management instructions, balancing commercial priorities such as B2B bulk orders, B2C individual orders, and retail replenishment to meet delivery deadlines.
- Lead daily briefings with warehouse staff to communicate operational priorities, highlight challenges, and ensure seamless shift handovers.
- Oversee onboarding and continuous training for new warehouse operators, focusing on order picking accuracy, packing standards, and dispatch readiness.
- Act as the primary contact for staff leave planning and backup arrangements to maintain uninterrupted outbound operations.
- Maintain real-time data integrity in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring all finished goods movements (receipt, put-away, pick, pack, ship) are recorded accurately and promptly.
- Identify bottlenecks in the pick-pack-ship cycle, particularly during peak seasons or promotional surges, and propose actionable improvements.
- Schedule preventive maintenance for warehouse equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, conveyor systems) in line with company policy, and archive supporting documentation.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports covering order fulfillment rates, OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance, picking accuracy, and productivity metrics.
Inventory and Quality Control
- Lead daily continuous cycle counts for each finished goods SKU, maintaining 100% stock accuracy and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Perform regular scheduled inventory audits and cycle counts to validate system data against physical stock.
- Inspect outbound finished goods for packaging integrity, label accuracy, and damage/discrepancies against sales orders or delivery notes.
- Optimize slotting strategies based on item velocity, size, and seasonal demand patterns to reduce picker travel time and improve order-picking productivity.
- Monitor aging finished goods inventory and coordinate with sales/planning teams on promotional push or clearance actions.
Safety, Compliance, and Facility Management
- Ensure 100% compliance of all warehouse staff with company EHS policies, and coordinate regular safety training sessions tailored to finished goods handling and dispatch activities.
- Manage proper storage and documentation of temperature-sensitive goods or hazardous materials, ensuring full compliance with IATA/local regulations.
- Document and investigate near-misses and incidents promptly, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Enforce 5S and warehouse environment compliance procedures, immediately reporting any violations or disruptions.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a strong focus on finished goods and outbound fulfillment. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a solid understanding of logistics, inventory control, and EHS regulations are essential. The role requires demonstrated leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy and operational efficiency.
