As a Fitness Coach, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality group exercise classes that motivate members, enhance engagement, and promote health and wellness. This position is essential in representing the KUN Sports brand through professional and energetic class instruction.

Key Accountabilities & Activities:
  • Class Delivery & Engagement: Conduct group classes according to the branch schedule and company standards while ensuring classes are motivating, inclusive, and suitable for all fitness levels.
  • Member Experience & Retention: Foster relationships with members to enhance loyalty and retention, collect feedback, and support branch events.
  • Professional Development & Compliance: Maintain valid fitness certifications, adhere to health and safety policies, and participate in evaluations.

Requirements for Role:
  • Certified Group Exercise Instructor (ACE, AFAA, Les Mills, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of group fitness instruction experience.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of class structure, music selection, and technique.
