In this role, you will function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department. Your main objective will be to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully and are individually profitable, in accordance with the hotel's standards.

Qualifications:
- A university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is ideal.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Director of F&B or Assistant Director of F&B in a large property.
- Good operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

• Planning, directing, and coordinating food and beverage services.
• Managing operations and supervising the quality of services provided and facilities.
• Monitoring the consumption and use of food and beverages and managing supply orders.
• Supervising cleanliness and maintenance in facilities.
• Developing new products and services.
• Establishing policies and procedures related to compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
You must have a bachelor's degree in nutrition and food science with at least three years of experience. We prefer that you have advanced skills in food service management and communication in sign language.

The work is six days a week with the possibility of working during morning and evening shifts.
