Are you dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate about customer service? Flyadeal is seeking talented individuals to join our cabin crew team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our passengers during flights. As a cabin crew member, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew members during flights.
Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
Assist with boarding and deboarding flights.
Serve and sell food, beverages, and products.
Respond to passenger requests and inquiries with professionalism.
Conduct pre-flight safety checks to guarantee compliance.
Assist with cleaning and restocking the aircraft between flights.
Participate in ongoing training and development for enhanced skills.
Adhere to flyadeal’s policies and procedures at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of high school diploma.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Must meet flyadeal's BMI requirements and a minimum height of 160 cm.
Must be physically fit, able to lift and carry heavy objects.
Arm span of 212 cm on tiptoes is required.
Must pass a medical examination.
No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
Possess a valid passport and be willing to travel frequently.
Be eligible to travel on all routes and destinations served by flyadeal.
Ability to swim 50 meters unattended.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Capable of remaining calm under pressure.
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
