We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales and purchase accounts, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with Saudi tax laws.

Key Responsibilities | المهام الوظيفية الأساسية
Sales & Accounts Receivable | محاسبة المبيعات والعملاء:
Manage and record sales invoices and monitor client payments.
إدارة وتسجيل فواتير المبيعات ومتابعة تحصيل مستحقات العملاء.
Procurement & Payables | المشتريات والموردين:
Oversee purchase orders and verify supplier invoices.
الإشراف على أوامر الشراء ومطابقة فواتير الموردين.
Vendor Negotiation | التفاوض مع الموردين:
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and payment terms.
التفاوض مع الموردين للحصول على أفضل الأسعار وشروط الدفع.
Tax Compliance | الزكاة والضريبة:
Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations.
إعداد وتقديم الإقرارات الضريبية (ضريبة القيمة المضافة) وضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك.
Petty Cash & Expenses | العهد والمصاريف:
Manage petty cash, staff expenses, and perform regular reconciliations.
إدارة العهد النقدية ومصاريف الموظفين وإجراء التسويات الدورية.
Requirements | المتطلبات الوظيفية
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the Saudi market.
الخبرة: لا تقل عن 5 سنوات داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
Language: Full professional proficiency in English.
اللغة: إتقان تام للغة الإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابة).
Driving: Must have a valid driving license and a personal car.
التنقل: يجب توفر رخصة قيادة سارية وسيارة خاصة.
Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Excel and ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
المهارات التقنية: مهارات متقدمة في الإكسل والبرامج المحاسبية (يفضل الخبرة في نظام أودو).

  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 5-10 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
