General Accountant

About the Role

International Dishes (شركة الأطباق العالمية) is seeking a General Accountant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for professionals with 0-1 years of experience. The General Accountant is responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing accounting reports, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of accounting information. This role supports the company by maintaining appropriate financial controls and contributing to informed business decisions through financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and review financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information in accordance with accounting principles and company operating policies.
• Assist in preparing regular financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Support monthly and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
• Prepare accounting records, record necessary adjusting entries, and compile financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payments, and vendor communication.
• Track receivables, invoices, and reconcile customer accounts.
• Assist with tax compliance by preparing tax returns and ensuring adherence to relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Participate in internal and external audits by providing accurate and organized financial information.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant accounting role.
