About the General Manager Role
A Confidential Government entity in Riyadh is seeking an experienced General Manager to provide strategic oversight and operational leadership. This full-time position requires a seasoned executive capable of driving growth and ensuring operational excellence across business functions. The role demands a deep understanding of market dynamics, strong financial acumen, and effective team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
The General Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies to foster sustainable growth and profitability, ensuring alignment with organizational mission and objectives. This includes overseeing daily operations to ensure departments effectively support strategic initiatives, operational standards, and regulatory requirements. Regular performance assessments of operational processes will be conducted to identify improvement opportunities that enhance productivity and reduce costs. Financial management is a key aspect, involving the creation and management of budgets, forecasts, and reports to maintain a sound financial path and adhere to financial controls. Market research initiatives will be driven to identify consumer trends and competitor strategies, with insights informing product and service development. Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be established to measure success against strategic goals, with regular updates provided to the board and executive team. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, while maintaining high ethical standards, is also a critical responsibility.
Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement

Required Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of senior management experience is required.
