About the Role

Wattani Aquaculture Association is seeking a General Manager to lead its operations in Riyadh. This full-time, on-site position is responsible for driving the operational and strategic performance of the association, which is dedicated to supporting and developing the inland aquaculture and fish farming industry in Saudi Arabia. The role aligns with Vision 2030 objectives focused on national food security, sustainable production, and producer empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the association and submit periodic performance reports to senior management.
• Develop sales channels and establish strategic partnerships at both local and international levels.
• Lead marketing initiatives and oversee the association's digital presence and institutional relationships.
• Coordinate with government entities, including the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management or business development.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.

Experience and Compensation

The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in management or business development. The offered salary for this full-time position is SAR 17,000 per month.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The General Manager will be an integral part of the association's team in the capital city.
