About the Role
A fast-growing blockchain startup in Riyadh is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the team full-time. You'll own how Oumla looks across every surface, from the product itself to everything we put out publicly. You'll lead UI/UX design for our platform and shape the visual side of our brand across social, marketing, and sales materials. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure that what we ship is as sharp as it is functional. You'll have real autonomy and direct influence on how the company is perceived.

Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX design for Oumla's product, from user flows and wireframes to polished, production-ready interfaces.
• Design and maintain templates for social media, presentations, reports, and external communications.
• Own and evolve Oumla's visual identity across digital and print.
• Build and maintain a design system that keeps the brand consistent across product, marketing, and sales.
• Produce bilingual design assets (Arabic and English) that work across both languages.
• Work closely with product and engineering to ship interfaces that are both usable and on brand.
• Partner with marketing to design campaigns, event collateral, and pitch materials.
• Manage external design partners and freelancers where needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of design experience, ideally covering both product (UI/UX) and brand/marketing design.
• Strong portfolio that shows range across digital product, social, and brand work.
• Solid grasp of design systems, typography, layout, and accessibility.
• Fluency in Figma and the rest of the modern design stack.
• Strong bilingual design sensibility in Arabic and English.
• Comfortable translating complex product concepts into clear, simple interfaces.
• Thrives in ambiguity and can bring structure to fast-moving projects.
• Proactive, high-ownership mindset with strong accountability.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for fintech, financial services, or enterprise technology.
• Familiarity with blockchain, digital assets, or tokenization.
• Motion design or basic prototyping skills.
