The hotel features 276 spacious rooms and 39 suites, three exceptional restaurant venues with a total seating capacity of 250, and extensive event facilities covering 7,213 square meters. Additionally, the hotel offers a world-class spa with 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 for female guests, alongside a fitness center.

Role Responsibilities

As a Guest Room Attendant, your primary responsibility is to ensure guest rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained to meet the highest standards. This involves:

• Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces, including floors, furniture, and fixtures, ensuring they are free of dust and debris.
• Replenishing guest amenities, such as toiletries and towels, to ensure guest comfort.
• Identifying and promptly reporting any maintenance issues or irregularities within guest rooms to the appropriate departments for swift resolution.
• Contributing to a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests.
