About the Role: Guest Room Attendant

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Saudi Arabia is seeking a full-time Guest Room Attendant to join their team at the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of guest experience within the hotel's housekeeping department.

Hotel and Location Context

The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is situated in the iconic Kingdom Tower in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This property is recognized for its sophisticated design, blending Saudi heritage with modern luxury. The hotel features 276 spacious rooms and 39 suites, three exceptional restaurant venues with a total seating capacity of 250, and extensive event facilities covering 7,213 square meters. Additionally, the hotel offers a world-class spa with 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 for female guests, alongside a fitness center.

Role Responsibilities

As a Guest Room Attendant, your primary responsibility is to ensure guest rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained to meet the highest standards. This involves:

  • Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces, including floors, furniture, and fixtures, ensuring they are free of dust and debris.
  • Replenishing guest amenities, such as toiletries and towels, to ensure guest comfort.
  • Identifying and promptly reporting any maintenance issues or irregularities within guest rooms to the appropriate departments for swift resolution.
  • Contributing to a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests.
