Role Overview

****** is seeking a Head of Enterprise Solutions Engineering & Delivery to lead the design, implementation, deployment, and ongoing delivery of enterprise technology solutions. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, requires 5-10 years of experience and combines solution architecture, customer implementation, platform engineering, technical program management, operational reliability, security, quality assurance, and delivery leadership. The successful candidate will manage the customer delivery lifecycle from technical discovery and solution design through configuration, integration, testing, deployment, production readiness, and post-launch stabilization. This position requires a strong technical background, commercial awareness, customer-facing skills, and the ability to make practical architecture and delivery decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions, translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures and implementation plans.
• Design solutions involving enterprise applications, APIs, AI agents, workflow automation, identity management, data migration, and third-party integrations.
• Own enterprise implementation projects from kickoff to production launch, managing scope, priorities, timelines, risks, and customer expectations.
• Configure enterprise applications, workflows, roles, permissions, and business rules, overseeing data migration and user acceptance testing.
• Contribute to backend services, system integrations, APIs, and platform components, designing and implementing secure integrations.
• Lead discovery, configuration, customization, migration, and integration for enterprise business systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate intelligent agents and automation into enterprise processes, defining safe and auditable agent actions.
• Define and enforce deployment, infrastructure, security, and operational standards, supporting cloud architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
• Define quality standards, establish automated testing practices, and coordinate various testing phases to ensure release readiness.
• Build repeatable delivery processes, mentor team members, and support the growth of the solutions engineering and delivery organization.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Required: 8+ years in enterprise software engineering, solution architecture, systems implementation, or technical delivery.
• Required: 3+ years leading enterprise customer implementations or complex technical programs.
• Required: Strong experience designing and delivering integrated enterprise software solutions, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Required: Understanding of backend architecture, APIs, databases, authentication, authorization, cloud infrastructure, and modern backend programming languages.
• Required: Experience with enterprise applications, workflow systems, business process automation, data migration, and enterprise integrations.
• Required: Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, containers, cloud environments, monitoring, and infrastructure security.
• Required: Strong understanding of enterprise security principles and experience defining testing strategies.
• Required: Excellent customer-facing, stakeholder management, communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
• Preferred: Experience delivering AI-enabled enterprise products or intelligent automation solutions, including integrating large language models.
• Preferred: Experience with major cloud computing platforms, cloud-native architectures, and multi-tenant software platforms.
• Preferred: Experience supporting regulated industries and familiarity with Saudi Arabian enterprise procurement and compliance expectations.

Success Measures

Success in this role will be evaluated based on customer implementation delivery timelines and scope adherence, customer adoption and satisfaction, reduction in production defects, reusability of implementation components, accuracy of project estimates, and the quality of solution architecture and documentation. Additional measures include platform reliability, security, scalability, operational readiness, and the ability to deliver multiple customer implementations efficiently without proportional cost increases.

This individual is commercially aware, focused on measurable customer outcomes, structured in planning, and pragmatic in execution. The role requires operating with ambiguity, taking end-to-end ownership, and balancing immediate customer commitments with long-term platform strategy. This position owns the architecture and delivery outcomes across multiple technical and operational disciplines. Initially, it will function as a hands-on leadership role, with the expectation to progressively build a specialized team in solution architecture, implementation, platform engineering, infrastructure, security, and quality assurance as ****** scales.
