Job Title: Hotel Receptionist

Responsibilities:

1. Welcoming Guests: Welcoming guests upon their arrival and providing necessary assistance.

2. Check-in and Check-out Procedures: Managing check-in and check-out processes accurately and swiftly.

3. Answering Inquiries: Providing information about the hotel, its services, and the surrounding areas.

4. Managing Reservations: Handling the booking system, confirming and modifying reservations as needed.

5. Problem Solving: Addressing complaints and issues professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

6. Teamwork: Collaborating with other departments such as room service and cleaning to ensure a comfortable experience for guests.

7. Keeping Records: Accurately recording necessary information such as guest details and payments.

Qualifications:

- Excellent English language skills.

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Knowledge of basic computer skills.

- Previous experience in the hospitality field is preferred.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests in a professional manner that reflects the hotel's distinguished image.

• Completing check-in and check-out procedures.

• Answering phone calls and inquiries and providing necessary information to guests.

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and an exceptional stay experience.

• Following up on payments and invoices according to hotel procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of at least one year in the same field 

• Fluency in English 

• Neat appearance and strong communication skills.

• Familiarity with the Opera / Fidelio program is an additional advantage.

• Ability to work in shifts.
