We are currently partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company in Riyadh seeking to enhance their Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
  • Support HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Manage all employee-related matters.
  • Coordinate HR projects such as trainings, meetings, and surveys.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination, administration, or a similar role (experience in multinational companies is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment processes, onboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and payroll processes.
