Job Description

About the Role

View is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing daily HR operations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The specialist will contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor daily HR operations and employee affairs.
  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, and update employee records and personnel files.
  • Handle employee-related procedures through government platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee clearance procedures.
  • Monitor employee leaves, attendance, entitlements, and allowances.
  • Prepare HR reports and data, and support payroll-related processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and related requirements.
  • Monitor Saudization and Nitaqat requirements and ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Good experience with HR-related government platforms.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, regulations, and related requirements.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up, and communication skills.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a professional who can effectively manage HR operations within a dynamic environment.
