We are looking for a passionate and skilled Training and Development Specialist to become a part of Sawaid Recruitment, a leading Human Resources outsourcing company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in setting main goals, plans, and programs related to human resources training and development.
- Organize HR development and training activities.
- Follow up on all related tasks, ensuring the availability of all technical and human resources.
- Strive to ensure the highest efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Human Resource Management, or English Language.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a related field.
- No specific age requirement.
- Proficient in English is not mandatory but preferred.
