We are looking for a passionate and skilled Training and Development Specialist to become a part of Sawaid Recruitment, a leading Human Resources outsourcing company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our organization through effective training and development of our human resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in setting main goals, plans, and programs related to human resources training and development.
- Organize HR development and training activities.
- Follow up on all related tasks, ensuring the availability of all technical and human resources.
- Strive to ensure the highest efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Human Resource Management, or English Language.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a related field.
- No specific age requirement.
- Proficient in English is not mandatory but preferred.
