The Role of Senior Associate

This full-time Senior Associate position is for candidates from the IESE class of 2028, seeking a summer role in Riyadh. Senior Associates work directly with clients throughout all phases of consulting projects, contributing to strategic analysis, recommendation development, and implementation planning. The role requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying major issues faced by clients.
• Generating hypotheses to address identified issues.
• Structuring and performing detailed analyses.
• Identifying creative yet pragmatic options based on potential market scenarios.
• Developing conclusions and formulating strategic recommendations.
• Developing plans for the implementation of agreed-upon strategies.
• Assisting in client presentations and providing implementation support as needed.
• Constructing the analytical framework and work steps for each assignment.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a client-facing role, contributing to all stages of strategic consulting projects.
