We are looking for a meticulous and analytical professional to join our team as an Inventory Controller. This role is critical in managing our inventory efficiently, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing stock management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and efficient replenishment while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
• Data Analysis: Analyze inventory data and trends to forecast demand, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Stock Auditing: Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to manage lead times, deliveries, and ensure timely availability of products.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency and reduce costs.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

• Extraordinary attention to detail for ensuring accurate inventory records and data entry.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies and procedural issues.
• Excellent organizational capabilities to manage multiple inventory tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members and external suppliers.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Certification such as CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) is an advantage.
• Keen interest in staying updated with best practices and innovations in inventory management.
