About the Role

Alogayell Consulting Engineers is seeking a Junior Architect to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals who are passionate about architectural design and eager to develop their skills within a professional consulting environment. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, including residential, multi-story, and commercial developments.

Role Contribution

The Junior Architect will play a supporting role in the architectural design process, from initial concept development through to detailed design stages. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or architects with up to one year of experience who are keen to apply their academic knowledge and grow professionally under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of architectural concepts, spanning from initial idea generation (Concept Design) to schematic and detailed design phases.
• Support the preparation of architectural drawings, presentations, and comprehensive documentation.
• Contribute to design development, ensuring all outputs align with specific project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code and relevant local regulations, operating under senior supervision.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including structural and MEP engineers, to facilitate integrated project delivery.
• Participate in the creation of functional and creative design solutions for various projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 0–1 year of experience in architectural design; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of design principles for both residential and commercial projects.
• Demonstrated strong interest in developing architectural concepts and design thinking skills.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in our Riyadh office. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative team environment, contributing to a range of architectural projects.
