Specialty Leasing Manager

Role Overview:
The Specialty Leasing Manager supports the execution of specialty leasing activities across the mall portfolio, focusing on short-term leases, pop-ups, kiosks, and promotional activations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute specialty leasing activities to support short-term leasing revenue targets.
  • Identify and coordinate with potential specialty leasing tenants, including seasonal and promotional brands.
  • Support negotiations of short-term lease terms and follow up on contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure spaces are ready for pop-ups and activations.
  • Support promotional events, brand launches, and temporary activations within the malls.
  • Monitor tenant performance and occupancy of non-GLA and common areas.
  • Track specialty leasing revenue and prepare periodic operational reports.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in leasing, business development, or retail operations.
  • Hands-on experience with pop-ups, kiosks, or short-term leasing is preferred.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Experience in shopping malls or retail environments is a plus.
