Al Jubairi Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to provide essential legal consultation and support within a professional work environment. This role is crucial for managing legal operations and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive legal consultations to clients.
Draft and review contracts and agreements.
Prepare legal memoranda and pleadings.
Represent clients before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.
Analyze legal cases and assess associated risks.
Follow up on legal cases and pertinent procedures.
Offer legal support to various departments and clients.
Manage and supervise a legal team of lawyers and consultants.
Guide the legal team and oversee workflow management.
Monitor regulations and legislative updates.
Prepare periodic legal reports.
Maintain confidentiality of legal files and information.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
Relevant professional legal experience.
Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.
Ability to manage cases and legal proceedings effectively.
Previous managerial experience is preferred.
Excellent command of English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Saudi nationals are preferred.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fresh Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team.
