Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts related to day-to-day operations
• Provide legal advice and training to various brands and divisions
• Ensure compliance with local laws and manage contract management processes
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and manage external counsel
• Assist in risk management by conducting regular assessments

Professional Requirements:

• Master’s degree in law and a valid lawyer’s license in Saudi Arabia
• 510 years of experience in a law firm with at least 3 years in the corporate sector
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
• Strong drafting, communication, and problem-solving skills
