Responsibilities:

This role is crucial as we grow responsibly, balancing opportunity and risk through effective management of customer agreements, vendor contracts, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Contracting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including MSAs, SaaS agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts. Lead negotiations and escalate high-risk clauses as needed.
