At Lucidya, an AI-native platform revolutionizing customer experience (CX) intelligence, we are seeking a skilled Legal Associate to support our expansion. This role is crucial as we grow responsibly, balancing opportunity and risk through effective management of customer agreements, vendor contracts, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Contracting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including MSAs, SaaS agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts. Lead negotiations and escalate high-risk clauses as needed.
  • Internal Legal Support: Serve as the first legal contact for teams on contract-related matters, providing timely and practical support while collaborating closely with Sales, HR, and Marketing.
  • Regulatory Support: Advise on data protection obligations and monitor legal developments affecting our operations.
  • Disputes Coordination: Assist with dispute management and liaise with external counsel as directed by senior leadership.
  • Risk Management: Identify legal risks and conduct research, contributing to legal enablement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB).
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial legal work.
  • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts in a fast-paced environment, preferably SaaS or technology-related.
  • Understanding of data protection laws and corporate law.
  • Strong legal research skills and ability to create clear memos.
