Join Bayut as a Legal Specialist!
Bayut, the leading property portal in the Kingdom, is seeking a qualified Legal Specialist to manage a range of legal matters and provide essential support to our operations. As part of the Dubizzle Group, Bayut operates with a collective strength of 10 brands, serving over 200 million users each month.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the Company’s legal cases, representing Bayut in Court as needed.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to litigations, including suits and defenses.
  • Assist in resolving legal disputes and achieving settlements out of court.
  • Review and draft contracts, NDAs, and company policies for legal counsel.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with governmental authorities regarding company registrations and compliance.
  • Implement legal compliance programs to mitigate risk.
  • Maintain accurate legal records and provide administrative support to the legal team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
  • Licensed to practice law in KSA with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Expertise in litigation, especially employment disputes.
  • Strong contract review and drafting capabilities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent legal drafting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases.
