Join Our Team as a Senior Legal Specialist
We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Senior Legal Specialist for a Global Non-Profit Foundation based in Riyadh. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in various legal and governance-related matters within a vibrant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, draft, and negotiate various legal contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations across various legal matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing legal guidance on various business matters.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on legal matters, including governance-related issues.
  • Draft resolutions for board members and assist with understanding delegations of authority.
  • Review and provide legal support for procurement contracts and other legal agreements.
  • Maintain organized records of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Support internal auditing activities and ensure legal compliance across the organization.

About You:
The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background with a minimum of 6 years of experience in legal environments, preferably in international law firms within Saudi Arabia. You should possess:
  • Expertise in governance, legal analysis, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with solid communication skills to explain complex legal concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research.
  • A proactive attitude, adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in internal auditing and compliance matters.
