Join our team as a Legal Officer!
At RiDiK, we are looking for a qualified lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support across various functions within our organization. You will be responsible for advising on regulatory matters, commercial transactions, and litigation, ensuring that all engagement teams understand the legal risks involved in their projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice and support on regulatory matters and interpretation of laws and regulations.
  • Assist in commercial and transactional matters as well as litigation support.
  • Work closely with Regional and Corporate Legal Team Members to provide updates and follow up on legal matters.
  • Consult with engagement teams regarding legal risks throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Liaise with HR, Compliance, and other functions for specialist legal advice.
  • Build relationships with relevant leaders and engage stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:
  • 8 to 12 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Fluency in both local language and English.
  • Strong understanding of the legal environment, with in-depth regulatory and litigation knowledge.
  • Excellent problem-solving, networking, and communication skills.
  • Organization and time management skills with attention to detail.
