Job title: Electronic Services Office Employee Job description:
The employee of the electronic services office provides and implements government and commercial services via electronic platforms, follows up on customer transactions with accuracy and professionalism, ensures data integrity and speed of completion, and provides the necessary support and guidance to clients. Tasks and responsibilities:
- Implementing electronic services through government platforms (such as: Absher, Qiwa, Muqeem, Baladi, Najiz, etc.).
- Entering and updating customer data and ensuring its accuracy.
- Following up on requests and transactions until they are completed.
- Receiving customers and responding to their inquiries.
- Storing and organizing files electronically and in paper format.
- Complying with applicable regulations and instructions. Qualifications and skills:
- Proficient in using computers and handling electronic platforms.
- High communication and organizational skills.
- Accuracy and confidentiality in dealing with data.
- Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks on time.
