Tasks and responsibilities: - Implementing electronic services through government platforms (such as: Absher, Qiwa, Muqeem, Baladi, Najiz, etc.). - Entering and updating customer data and ensuring its accuracy. - Following up on requests and transactions until they are completed. - Receiving customers and responding to their inquiries. - Storing and organizing files electronically and in paper format. - Complying with applicable regulations and instructions. Qualifications and skills: - Proficient in using computers and handling electronic platforms. - High communication and organizational skills. - Accuracy and confidentiality in dealing with data. - Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks on time.
