Position Summary:
As a Lifeguard at W Hotels, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all our guests. You will be responsible for monitoring the swimming areas, using appropriate rescue techniques when necessary, and maintaining a fun and relaxing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe swimmers and identify those in need of assistance.
  • Enforce the rules and regulations of the recreation facility.
  • Provide first aid assistance and ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and order of the pool area.
  • Report any accidents or unsafe conditions to management.
  • Assist guests with varying needs, including individuals with disabilities.
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all guests.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or *** equivalent.
  • No prior work experience required.

Required Qualifications:
  • CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Any necessary certifications required by local and state agencies.
