About the Role
Sisco is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a full-time position in Riyadh and Al Khafji, Saudi Arabia. This role is within the Community Maintenance Support Division and involves developing and implementing maintenance programs to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment and machinery. The Maintenance Engineer will collaborate with various teams and external partners to enhance equipment reliability and optimize maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for critical equipment and machinery.
- Optimize maintenance activities to minimize unplanned downtime, control costs, and improve asset life cycles.
- Coordinate with Maintenance Planners and Schedulers for the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Conduct root cause analyses of equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes.
- Collaborate with Operations, HSE, and Engineering teams to ensure maintenance activities meet operational and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental requirements for equipment maintenance and reliability.
- Provide maintenance and reliability input to project teams during the design and construction of new equipment and facilities, coordinating with internal departments, vendors, and contractors.
Required Skills and Experience
- Preventive Maintenance: Ability to develop and implement structured preventive maintenance programs for critical equipment.
- Equipment Reliability: Strong understanding of reliability improvement, downtime reduction, and asset life-cycle optimization.
- Root Cause Analysis: Ability to investigate equipment failures, determine underlying causes, and establish corrective actions.
- Maintenance Planning & Scheduling: Experience coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance with planners and schedulers.
- HSE & Maintenance Compliance: Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements associated with maintenance activities.
Work Environment
The Maintenance Engineer will work closely with Maintenance Technicians, Planners, Schedulers, Operations, HSE, and Engineering teams, as well as vendors and contractors. This role requires a collaborative approach to improve equipment reliability and optimize maintenance processes within the Community Maintenance Support Division.
