About the Maintenance Supervisor Role

Samama Company for Operation and Management is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision. The role involves overseeing maintenance operations, managing the team, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of all maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for a range of critical tasks to ensure smooth and effective maintenance operations. These include:

  • Following established procedures to identify the type and scope of maintenance required, and estimating the necessary materials and associated costs.
  • Distributing tasks and assignments to maintenance team members based on their skills and capabilities.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the maintenance team and their work outcomes.
  • Assessing training needs for the maintenance team, developing their skills, or recommending enrollment in specialized training programs.
  • Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs and overseeing their execution.
  • Classifying, organizing, documenting, and archiving work results and reports.

Work Planning and Execution

A core aspect of this role involves strategic planning and diligent execution. The Maintenance Supervisor will be tasked with preparing comprehensive work plans and programs.
