Manager Corporate New Business

About the Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Manager Corporate New Business to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves promoting and selling Bupa Arabia's products through direct and intermediary channels, with a focus on medium to large, major, and key clients. The Manager will adapt to market dynamics, fulfill customer needs from prospecting to card activation, and ensure all services adhere to internal and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Bupa Arabia products to achieve personal and team sales targets.
• Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand Private Medical Insurance (PMI) market dynamics and competition trends to inform yearly plans.
• Conduct market studies to identify new growth opportunities.
• Balance "won-book" between competitors and manage client mix between direct new business and intermediaries' new business.
• Collaborate with commercial finance on accounts to ensure positive contributions aligned with company targets.
• Assist Relationship team members with client renewals and support the development of marketing plans.
• Coach and support Account Executives in preparing proposals and presentations.

Sales Forecasting and Administration

• Maintain a balanced sales pipeline and build a yearly funnel of at least 150,000 lives with a value exceeding 90 million.
• Generate leads from internal and external sources and present quarterly and yearly plans based on funnel analysis and sales expectations.
• Explore new sales areas and strategies to achieve targets, initiating and coordinating action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Develop and present key and major account strategies, maintaining a monthly win-loss activity report.
• Prepare, explain, and collect signed contracts and Know Your Customer (KYC) forms from new clients.
• Manage the entire process on the CRM system, from opportunity creation to invoice generation.
• Comply with regulatory policies and regulations, including SAMA requirements and the Insurance Foundation Certificate (IFCE).
• Introduce new clients to Bupa Online services, collect signed Web-Agreements, and educate clients on credit control policy.
• Gather full sponsor documentation as per CCHI requirements and ensure daily updates on the Sage CRM system.

Client Relationship Management

• Coordinate with operational departments to ensure smooth launch of new policies.
• Conduct product and service presentations for new clients and resolve client issues across organizational functions.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing high-quality services and resolving complaints promptly.
• Lead the handover process with the Relationship team according to company policy.
• Provide consistent client feedback to internal departments, recommending improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
• Conduct focus groups for large clients in collaboration with the relationship team.

Coaching and Mentoring

• Coach and train new sales executives.
• Assist all team members during field visits.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, serving as a role model for team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to adapt to market dynamics and understand competition trends.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in sales forecasting and administration.
• Commitment to adhering to internal and external rules and regulations.
