General Objective of the Position    :

Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for the company's products from the production and manufacturing stage until they reach customers through retail outlets and projects    .

Key Tasks and Responsibilities    :

Sector Strategy Planning: Developing annual and monthly marketing plans for the retail (individuals and contractors) and corporate (projects and government entities) sectors    .

Showroom and Retail Management: Supervising product display methods within showrooms and retail outlets in an attractive and organized manner that facilitates the sales process    .

Market and Competitor Study: Analyzing construction and contracting market trends, and regularly monitoring competitor prices and campaigns in the building materials and pipes sector to adjust marketing plans    .

Coordination: Integrated work with the production department (industrial side) and sales department to ensure supply and demand balance and campaign alignment with inventory availability    .

Advertising Campaign Management: Launching targeted marketing campaigns (digital and field) for engineers, consultants, and contractors, and monitoring return on investment    .

Team Leadership and Reporting: Directing and managing the marketing team and monitoring their performance, and submitting periodic reports to management    .

Required Conditions and Qualifications    :

Saudi nationality (essential condition)    .

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field    .

Professional Experience (essential condition): Practical experience of no less than 5 years as a Marketing Manager, and it is required that the previous experience be in the same activity of the aforementioned establishment. CVs that do not match this activity will not be considered.
