Real Estate Affiliate Marketer - (in the project) to work with us as an affiliate to sell real estate in our exclusive projects in Riyadh effectively

*Responsibilities*

* Marketing and selling available properties for sale at the project site

* Receiving and following up on calls, messages, and inquiries related to our projects

* Advising and guiding clients on available properties, and executing sales transactions until the deal is closed

* Commitment to follow up with potential clients

* Commitment to preparing daily reports

*Requirements*

* Must be a Saudi citizen

* Must be a resident of Riyadh.

* Previous experience in real estate sales (not less than 6 months).

* Previous experience in sales (not less than 6 months).

* Excellent communication skills.

* Commitment to seriousness and credibility in work

* Availability of a personal computer to use our systems

Important Note:

Salary: None

There is a fixed transportation allowance of 1000 riyals (if committed to working hours)

And there is a commission based on sales, for example, your percentage from the sale of an apartment is 12%, if you achieve the target your percentage will be 25%

Work hours from 4 PM to 9 PM

Or from 5 PM to 10 PM

And usually, there is work on Fridays and Saturdays

A marketing specialist is required to work in a dermatology and cosmetology clinic, possessing high skills in digital and traditional marketing with at least one year of experience in the marketing field. The ideal candidate should be able to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and manage successful marketing campaigns across various channels. The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media

• Managing social media accounts and optimizing marketing content

• Analyzing market data and consumer behavior and preparing marketing reports

• Developing the brand and enhancing the company's image in the market

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure marketing objectives are met

• Managing the marketing budget and measuring return on investment

• Following the latest marketing trends and applying best practices in the field
