A specialized institution in digital marketing is looking for an experienced and eloquent field marketer to work on a commission basis, who has a good appearance and the ability to communicate directly with clients and explain services professionally, while committing to entering client data through the approved system. The sales commission is only due after the contract is officially signed and the first payment is collected from the client or the full value of the contract; no commissions are paid based on verbal promises or undocumented agreements. Financial entitlements for the marketer are transferred when his balance reaches 200 Saudi Riyals or more, in order to reduce the accounting burden resulting from small transfers. A weekly bonus is also paid based on the quality of potential clients brought in by the marketer, with the aim of encouraging him to target serious clients, and the qualified client is defined as one who responds to communication, shows genuine interest, and requests an official price quote via WhatsApp, provided that it is approved within the system. The value of the data quality bonus is set at a fixed amount of 150 Saudi Riyals for every 3 qualified clients approved during the week according to management policy. In addition, the marketer is entitled to a commission of 25% of the net value of the first contract only upon closing the deal and collecting the first payment.
