Additionally, you will stay updated with industry trends and engage with our online community to foster brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals and brand identity.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all major platforms.
• Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and community feedback to foster engagement and manage reputation.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Track performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and provide regular reports.
• Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices to drive growth and optimization.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and provide insights from social media to guide business decisions.
• Work offsite at client premises as needed per Mad Tomato’s instructions.
