Loyalty Program Specialist (أخصائي برامج ولاء العملاء)

  • Planning, designing, and implementing loyalty campaigns and programs in accordance with company objectives and customer behavior.
  • Analyzing customer data and purchasing patterns to develop tailored offers and campaigns that increase engagement and spending.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new members for the loyalty program and increase registration rates.
  • Developing initiatives aimed at enhancing the loyalty of current customers and increasing retention rates.
  • Preparing and executing reactivation campaigns for inactive customers and recovering customers who have stopped purchasing.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators of the program such as retention rate, visit frequency, average spending, and customer lifetime value.
  • Segmenting the customer base into different segments and building targeted campaigns for each segment.
  • Coordinating with marketing, operations, and IT teams to ensure efficient implementation of campaigns.
  • Preparing periodic reports and providing necessary recommendations to improve the performance of the loyalty program and achieve growth objectives.

    Qualifications:
