Job Objective:

Leading and managing the sales and marketing department entirely, achieving actual growth in contracts and revenues, and building long-term strategic relationships with clients.

🔹 Tasks and Responsibilities:

Managing the sales and marketing team and directly supervising them

Distributing tasks and setting monthly and annual targets

Preparing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan

Supervising social media accounts and ensuring their professionalism

Opening new markets and attracting B2B clients

Building and expanding a strong network of relationships with companies and decision-makers

Negotiating and closing major contracts

Analyzing team performance and submitting periodic reports to senior management

Developing strategies to increase market share

At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management

Proven experience in team management and achieving targets

Experience in the B2B market
