About the Role

Blue Yonder is seeking a Regional Marketing Director, Middle East & Africa (MEA) to establish and lead regional marketing execution from its Riyadh headquarters. This full-time position reports directly to the EMEA Marketing Director and is fundamental to supporting demand generation, account engagement, executive programs, customer advocacy, and field marketing activities across the MEA region. While strategic in scope, this is a hands-on leadership role with approximately 70% focused on execution and operational leadership, and 30% on planning, prioritization, and regional alignment. The successful candidate will translate global and regional marketing priorities into local execution, driving measurable business impact and pipeline growth in fast-growing markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute regional marketing plans aligned with global and EMEA priorities, localizing campaigns and programs for Middle East and African markets.
  • Drive demand generation activities that contribute directly to pipeline creation and revenue growth.
  • Support strategic account engagement initiatives in partnership with sales teams and coordinate campaign deployment across digital, field, partner, and executive marketing channels.
  • Lead the planning and execution of customer events, executive engagements, roundtables, workshops, and industry conferences, managing logistics, agencies, vendors, budgets, and timelines.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify and engage strategic target accounts, developing and executing account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and marketing contribution to pipeline, tracking key metrics and optimizing programs based on insights and business priorities.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the regional Marketing Manager, fostering collaboration and scaling the regional marketing function.

Candidate Profile: Experience and Leadership

This role requires a minimum of 8–12+ years of B2B marketing experience, with proven success in field marketing, demand generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), or regional marketing roles. Experience supporting enterprise software, SaaS, technology, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in executing complex marketing programs, customer events, and executive engagements, particularly in high-growth or emerging markets. A builder mindset is essential, requiring comfort operating in evolving environments, a willingness to solve problems, and a drive for execution. This is a hands-on leadership role combining commercial thinking with operational excellence and a strong bias for action.

This position is based in Riyadh and supports the broader MEA region, working closely with regional sales leadership, global marketing teams, strategic partners, and customers.
