About the MEA Regional Partnership Manager Role
BytePlus, a business unit of ByteDance, is seeking a MEA Regional Partnership Manager to join its team in the Riyadh Region. This full-time role focuses on leveraging ByteDance's advanced intelligent technologies to develop and deliver leading technology solutions for global enterprise customers. The position involves building and managing strategic partnerships to drive the adoption of AI image and video solutions across the Middle East and Africa region.
Role Overview and Objectives
As a MEA Regional Partnership Manager, your primary objective will be to cultivate and expand BytePlus's ecosystem of partners. This includes identifying, recruiting, and enabling channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances. The role is critical in driving revenue growth through collaborative efforts with partners, positioning ByteDance's AI models as a scalable and cost-effective alternative to traditional production methods, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a high-performing network of channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances to accelerate the adoption of AI image and video solutions.
- Identify, recruit, and enable new partners, including agencies, System Integrators (SIs), media firms, and cloud providers, to effectively sell BytePlus solutions.
- Lead co-selling initiatives with partners into enterprise and public-sector accounts, actively developing new business relationships and driving partner-led revenue.
- Position ByteDance AI models as a scalable, cost-effective alternative to traditional video production to influence industry workflows.
- Take ownership of pipeline creation and revenue growth, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities through established and new market channels.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B technology sales, partnership development, or channel management.
- Demonstrated ability to build new routes to market from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of AI, digital media, or cloud-based solutions.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Capacity to thrive within complex, ecosystem-driven sales models.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling through partner networks into enterprise, government, startup, or AI-native business environments.
- Deep familiarity with the broader AI, media, advertising, or MarTech ecosystems.
- Specific experience with Generative AI (GenAI) is considered a significant asset.
Experience and Location
This role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The position is based in the Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time opportunity.
