As a vital member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing and processing various aspects of medical insurance claims and ensuring that all related tasks are executed efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Process and manage medical insurance claims.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively.
Work with medical insurance platforms such as Nafis and Wasel.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding their insurance queries.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical insurance field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle medical insurance platforms.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
