We are seeking a dedicated Medical Insurance Officer to join our expansive team at our medical complex in Al-Ulya. As a vital member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing and processing various aspects of medical insurance claims and ensuring that all related tasks are executed efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage medical insurance claims.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively.
  • Work with medical insurance platforms such as Nafis and Wasel.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding their insurance queries.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical insurance field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle medical insurance platforms.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
