We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Lab Specialist to facilitate quality laboratory services in our clinical setting. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with health standards and optimizing the performance of laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement safety measures, ensure compliance with regulations, and facilitate quality services across all phases of laboratory testing.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to manage test systems and monitor performance.
  • Develop policies for inventory management, reagent use, and laboratory maintenance to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
  • Ensure proper storage of laboratory supplies, perform quality control assessments, and validate testing methods.
  • Maintain laboratory records and document maintenance procedures ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Lab Technology or its equivalent.
  • Current Registration in the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant laboratory experience.

Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality assurance practices.
  • Exceptional documentation skills and the ability to operate laboratory instruments.
  • Efficient in communication with a focus on establishing good relationships.
