Experience in providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the executive director. Ensuring the daily workflow is efficient and the ability to organize communications, meetings, and manage tasks from the director's agenda, preparing documents, writing reports and presentations, coordinating with all departments, organizing trips and travels, attending meetings, and mastering both Arabic and English languages with high proficiency. Skills: Tact and professionalism, good behavior, commitment to deadlines, ability to work under pressure.
Requirements
- GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Expert or Advanced in English
