Job Purpose:
The Office Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This includes administrative, managerial, and operational tasks, acting as a central point of contact for office inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Operations & Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring an organized and safe work environment; implement office policies and procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to senior management with scheduling and correspondence; manage office budget and organize files.
  • Staff Management: Supervise administrative staff, conduct evaluations, and coordinate professional development.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as primary contact for inquiries, liaise with vendors, and coordinate office events and meetings.
  • Office Supplies & Inventory Management: Manage ordering and stocking of supplies; oversee maintenance of office equipment.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure office cleanliness and maintenance; manage security protocols.
  • Project Management: Lead special projects related to office improvements and operational efficiency.

Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in office management or similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and leadership skills.
